Preamble – These terms define the relationship between Shana Sol (hereinafter « the Operator ») and the users of her services accessible on the website shana-sol.com (hereinafter “the Site”). The Operator is the publisher of the Site. The Client declares having read these T&Cs before any order of a consultation and has expressly accepted their terms by placing an order.

Article 1 – Acceptance of General Conditions By accessing the Site, any visitor is subject to these T&Cs. The Client becomes a user of the services upon the conclusion of the chosen service and is subject to these T&Cs for the duration of the service.

Article 2 – Description of Services The Site offers remote psychic consultations, mainly by telephone, as well as personalized advice by email. The Client can order a consultation directly on the Site. For any questions, he can contact Customer Service via shana.sol.medium@gmail.com.

Article 3 – Users of the Services The services are reserved for individuals: – of legal age (over 18); – legally capable of contracting; – having sufficient financial means to benefit from the services.

Article 4 – Prices and Payment Methods – Prices are indicated in euros including all taxes (VAT). – Credit cards and online payments are accepted via PayPal. – Transactions are secured via these specialized providers.

Article 4 bis – Refunds and Rescheduling of readings Readingsnot cancelled 3 days in advance are not refundable. However, The Client has the option to reschedule the appointment. If the rescheduled appointment is neither kept nor cancelled, no refund will be issued, ans The Client will not be booked for further readings.

Packages are payable in full and are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Article 5 – Use of Services

5.1 Transaction Security Payments are processed by specialized providers (PayPal). The Operator does not have access to banking information. The entry on the Client’s bank statement will be « Shana Sol ».

5.2 Client Obligations The Client is prohibited from: – Any action harming third parties or the reputation of the Operator; – Committing any criminal offense; – Commercial exploitation or resale of services; – Any attempt to disrupt the operation of the Site or the payment system; – Injecting viruses, malicious files, or harmful codes.

5.3 Liability and Indemnification Any violation of these rules by the Client may cause harm to the Operator or third parties. The Client undertakes to indemnify the Operator upon simple presentation of supporting documents.

Article 6 – Intellectual Property All content is protected by copyright. Any reproduction or distribution without authorization is prohibited.

Article 7 – Personal Data – Personal data confidentiality: The Operator undertake not to communicate the personal data of its Clients to a third party. The Client is the only one to access his information (email, personal information, keywords, or any other data belonging to him).

Article 8 – Waiver of the Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with Article L121-20-2 of the Consumer Code, the Client expressly waives the right of withdrawal provided for in Article L.121-20 of the same code, insofar as the execution of the supply of services delivered on the Site begins as soon as the Client registers on the Site, necessarily before the end of the withdrawal period.
